Getting Started

How do I check my account balance?
You can check your account balance using the online Account Management System.

How do I change my Dial-in password?
Log yourself into the AMS and select the option of Change Dial-in Password. You would need to enter your current password, and your new password twice. You must ensure that you are following the guidelines mentioned on the page, or your password will not be accepted.
Remember that this option will only change your dial-in password.

How do I change my eMail password?
Log yourself into the AMS and select the option of Change eMail Password. You would need to enter your current password, and your new password twice. You must ensure that you are following the guidelines mentioned on the page, or your password will not be accepted.
Remember that this option will only change your eMail password.

Can I keep both my passwords the same?

You can keep both the passwords the same, though we do not recommend it. You can view our section of Password Help in the AMS, to help you in maintaining a secure password.


Service Plans

What service plans does Supernet offer?
You can join SUPERNET by just purchasing 3 hours for just 50 rupees. There are no subscription, no annual fee, no minimum usage limit.

How can I open my Supernet account?
You can have your very own Supernet Internet account within a matter of minutes! The procedure is as easy as 1-2-3..

  • Fill out a simple form, read the terms and conditions and sign it.
  • Attach a photocopy of your National Identity Card
  • Submit the form to us along with the payment...and the account will be yours within a wink!

What if I do not have a National Identity Card?

If you are under the age of 18 years, you will have to submit the copy of your parent's NIC, or the NIC of your legal guardian. They will also have to sign the application form.

What is the minimum number of hours I can purchase?
The minimum number of hours that you may purchase are three.

You can obtain your new account from our Sales Centre or visit any of our authorized dealers. For a complete list, click here.


Buying more hours

Do I have to visit the Sales Centre to refresh my account?
No, you can visit any of our Authorised Dealers throughout the city and purchase hours from an area that is more convenient for you. At present, you can only purchase hours through our authorised dealers on cash payments.
