Supernet has launched its WiMAX-Class Broadband Service - introducing wireless broadband services for businesses. It is a nomadic IEEE 802.16d WiMAX with (n)rtps QoS that ensures dedicated (reserved) bandwidth for customers.
(n)rtps QoS provides a reserved minimum bandwidth that is burstable to the purchased maximum bandwidth. This means that the bandwidth is reserved for the customer irrespective of whether the customer is online or offline.
In addition, customers may choose from three unique product designs that accommodates for customized solutions.
Consumer Broadband works on best effort QoS, which accommodates as many users that log into the network by compromising on the bandwidth availability to each customer. Corporate Broadband works on (n)rtps QoS that reserves a minimum bandwidth for the customer, irrespective of whether the customer is online or offline, and is burstable to the purchased bandwidth; although this limits user capacity of the network, it ensures that all users on the network experience crisp quality and dedicated bandwidth.

The minimum subscription period is 24 months. If customer terminates the service prior to the end of the 24-month subscription period, the customer is required to settle the service fees for the remaining months and return the equipment (note. Our Network Engineers will come dismantle the equipment).
Installation
Within 3 business days depending on the premise and installation complexity. Once your location is Broadband service certified and the installation is simple, it only takes up to 3 business days from the time of order
1 outdoor unit, 1 indoor unit, and Cat5 & power cable to connect the outdoor and indoor units (note. This may vary according to installation requirements at premise).
Our termination point is up to our indoor unit. Upon request, we can connect the broadband to the customer's equipment (e.g. PC / laptop / router / access point), any internal cabling costs shall be borne by customer.
